Have you or anyone else investigated NBNco's "technology choice" (pay to upgrade to FTTH) ?

It seems totally dysfunctional, almost as if it's designed to not actually work. No one has seen a single example of a completed upgrade.

There are some broken methods in the Mod API which are actually bugs in the game as well, will modders be able to submit fixes to these ?
What about content, eg cargo/exploration ships that get out of date due to things like oxygen being added ?

What other planned features in Space Engineers are dependant on the "secret AI project" ? Would I be correct in assuming the Faction ships in Exploration, some or all of the scenario/campaign, better cargo ships ?
