On Atkins/Paleo/Low-Carb, I'd check out www.atkinsfacts.org and what Dr. Greger says in his book, Carbophobia: The Scary Truth about America's Low-Carb Craze. It's a dangerous idea that gets repackaged every generation.

Somehow I got through your entire video backlog and never noticed them proceeding alphabetically. :/

Does this mean we'll get updates to supplant your older clips? I find the "Fact vs. Fiction", "Harmful/Harmless/Helpful?", and "Which is best—A, B, C, D, E...?" videos to be much more boring, and not the high-quality, information-dense snippets I'd like to refer to or share.

Not that old, actually. The State Secrets Privilege came about after a 1953 Supreme Court case, United States v. Reynolds. The judges chose to trust the government without viewing the evidence for themselves, creating the privilege.

Fifty years later, it was revealed that the government lied in order to cover up gross negligence and stiff three widows. If the judges had demanded to see the document back in '53, the government claim would have been exposed as a fraud.

Love your videos and your new book, especially how you insist on including citations to all the underlying research.

I'm curious to know your thoughts on intermittent fasting, recently popularized by the BBC program "Eat, Fast and Live Longer". Now that we know what to eat for better health, what does the research say about when to eat?
