How do you continue to scale this Watson-related work and gain support from the business when IBM has publicly stated that they are shifting their focus toward Hybrid Cloud?

What are your thoughts/opinions on assigning gender to digital assistants and chatbots?

Do you think that a digital assistant should have to disclose that it's a digital assistant when interacting with customers? (Thinking of the Google Duplex demo where Google makes calls to book appointments or reservations on a human's behalf...)

When clients choose Watson to build their assistants, do they also prefer to take on the Watson branding and personality? Or do they create their an assistant personality that matches their own brand's personality? What do you think is better for them?
