Thank you for the response! My wife is a psychology PhD so I have taken the IAT before. Definitely recommend everyone takes it; really eye opening even if the test has some inherent flaws and weakenesses. I like your suggestion of "check yourself" (paraphrased) though, since it is too easy to acknowledge it once and move on.
Those are great suggestions! I am just starting to move into leadership roles so those are great suggestions to push for with my newly acquired influence. I will have a long commute for my new position so I will definitely be checking your podcast out during the drive.
