Many chefs get into the booze game - if you could launch an AG label for some kind of booze, what would it be?

Alex, you have a real way with words when it comes to food! Does all that poetic flow come from any writing/lit background or does food just bring that out in you? It made reading Old-School so much more enjoyable than 99% of the books out there.
