Most widely practiced religion worldwide, and more importantly, by Americans. From what I've read, the propaganda in DPRK is first and foremost anti-American. They blame all of their hardships on the US's sanctions and 'barbaric' culture.

Hi Catherine! Bit of a selfish question for you here, but I want to ask it anyway: What's the best way to begin pursuing a career in the HIV field? I come from a public health and anthropology background and studied HIV and hep C extensively in college, but I'm having trouble finding work in the field.

Thank you for all that you do! I admire and appreciate your work.

I agree with you. it's hard though. I don't feel entirely comfortable being physically intimate with my boyfriend in public, mainly because I'm afraid of being targeted like you were. the social norms need to change, and I understand that it's partially my responsibility to enact that change, but it's difficult.

I'm a cultural anthropologist with an interest in business. I have repeatedly made the argument on Reddit that cultural consultants can be extremely valuable resources to multinational companies, and I have repeatedly been derided and mocked by STEM folks for trying to make a name for myself in such a field. What would you have to say to those people? I've also felt shamed and discouraged from pursuing work in your field--do you have any advice for me?
