I've given people rides before, but only through rideshare ads on Craigslist. Picking people up without contact at first has always sketched me out a little bit. I want to pick them up, but I'm just a little nervous. Should I pick them up?

In October I went to a strip club with my brother. While I was there, I blacked out in a way that has never happened before. Usually when I get black-out drunk, I can still piece the night together bit by bit. That night is completely gone to me, and the only thing I can think happened is that I got drugged. I also lost all of my cash, my cellphone and my Leatherman that night. Do people get drugged often at clubs? Have you ever witnessed it at your club?

I think a lot of it has to do with the person's interests. The way reddit works is by crowd-sourcing opinions essentially. The best way to make reddit more tailored to what you like is by voting. Perhaps it may have something to do with the person's opinion of the band, but more than that, it probably has to do with them not being interested in this AMA, so the best way to show things more relevant to their interests is to downvote it.

In this video, someone makes mention that solids of constant width could possibly make for good bearings that don't slide around so much, and can be used on surfaces that you may not want bearings rolling off of. How viable and/or useful can you see something like that being?
