How much if any health benefit is there in eating organic food versus conventionally grown? Any key points to note on this topic?

It was my favorite, too. I saw the video before I had ever taken a physics class, and I think it nailed that elusive sweet spot of making something accessible yet challenging at the same time. When I got to university physics I remembered it and watched the video again, and having a more developed toolset to approach the problem was a fun feeling. So, thank you!
