Bob, huge fan of all your work here. Great show at the 9:30 club Saturday! I was wondering what advice you would give to aspiring creative person? I love all aspects of music, including playing and writing about it. I also like film and writing and general. What advice would you give to figure out what I should do with my interests? Thanks!
Also, I know your busy, but if you would do an interview for my blog, it would be amazing!

Hey Stephen, first off I want to say thanks for the amazing music. Pavement is one my favorite bands of all time. Pavement was one of the first band I ever got really into. Every lyric and every note are perfect (I'm sure I've whistled 'Cut Your Hair' more than any other song, and I'm a frequent whistler, so that's an achievement). Something about the music just gets to me. So thank you for that. I didn't discover your solo material and your stuff with the The Jick until recently and I'm so excited to be going through more of your work. Please never stop making music.
Now onto my question. Who would you say are some of your favorite bands, modern and not?
Also, I run a small music blog (http://cause-im-just-a-teenage-dirtbag.blogspot.com/) and if you did an interview for it it would be seriously life-changing. I run the blog out a love for music and to interview one of my idols would be amazing. It would be great if you had the time to do it, but if not I completely understand.

Hey Andy! Huge fan of Review, it was my favorite new show of last year. The pancakes/divorce episode is one of the funniest episodes of television I've ever seen. I'm so excited for season 2.
On to my question. I have a vague memory of you dropping some obscure music knowledge on a podcast you were on and being really excited. Who are some of your all-time favorite bands/favorite recent discoveries?
