  • How long has the skill been in development?
  • We're the XP/hr rates intended to be higher at some point? The RS Wiki had differen't xp rates written on it then actual in game rates.
  • If there was one thing you could change about the skill, what would it be?

It happens at 21/31/41/51/61 and presumably 71/81 and so on. I haven't reached 71 so I can't confirm.

It's way faster than pre-ZMI rc. It's been confirmed that lvl 70-79 is about 60k xp/hr. Pre-ZMI used to be like 21k hr. In comparison, 60-69 is about 30-40k xp/hr. So the curve is definitely very nice.
