This is asking for nation states to cede their own sovereignty over postings to the internet. How about a UN convention on the matter? Still lofty but not as totally impossible.

Sadly that would probably be a dead body. I don't think it unrealistic to push towards something like a convention on digital stalking. It would be crazy hard though. Best of luck! I really like your attitude about this and hope you inspire others not to tolerate this sort of thing and protect themselves.
