Hi Gary,

Thank you so much for all your work, I'm a huge fan of GCBC especially.

What is the best way for a person on a ketogenic diet to eat fruit, aside from infrequently? If someone wanted to indulge would it be better on its own or incorporated into something with a high fat no-sugar base? My parents finally went keto but are having a really hard time with not eating a substantial amount of fruit.

Thanks for doing the AMA and for answering my previous question, very cool. Does adding keycard access to an existing door lock do anything to make the lock either easier or more difficult to pick?

Yeah, I know - I haven't had fruit in years. I'm trying to figure out the best way for my parents to have it on occasion. I'd rather they not give up on keto because of this.

Is it always just you vs.the lock, or do you look for pieces of paper that might have the combination written down -or- spare keys hidden in somewhat predictable locations? Have you ever asked for relevant birth dates when working on a combination lock, or tried the brand's factory presets first?

The question (which I screwed up by using the K word) is whether it's better to eat the fruit on its own, getting it digested quickly and be done - or add fat to blunt the effects (?) but also slow the process.
