You have several apparently full-time reporters in several locations around the world on long-term investigations, not to mention the podcast staff itself, but your podcast (though good) does not seem to have the listenership necessary to fund that level of activity. How is your organization funded?

As a former US Department of Defense employee, the DoD is by far one of the biggest realms of vastly unused IP addresses. Is there any plan to audit large existing holders of IPv4 space? Or is the policy "Once allocated, never questioned"?
