Do any young people speak the Oneida language? What do people think about the relationship of language to their identity? What is different about speaking English as an indigenous person versus a native language?

That's too bad. I work with endangered languages in South America, and while the situation is tough here, North America sounds tougher. But it's very cool to see communities maintain their identity even without the language.

In your research, have you learned why when two Jedi's light sabers connect and they are pushing on each other, one of them does not think to just switch their saber on and off quickly, sending their opponent sprawling on the ground where they can easily dispatch them? It seems like by treating a light saber as a regular saber they are missing out on some fancy moves. Is doing this against the Jedi code?
