At an Indie game company like Muse, what's the ballpark salary for the programmer and game designer positions?

Thanks for your response. As someone interested in the field, I am just wondering how much one has to sacrifice financially in order to pursue a passion in Indie game development, when compared to more mainstream programmer or designer positions elsewhere.
