Is it hard for you to fly, and do you have to fly first class? One of my brothers is 6'3" and he hitches about it every time.

it depends on what they're doing; putting in just a few implants to anchor in a permanent prosthesis (basically a denture that's screwed onto the implants) can really vary in price depending on if you use a specialist/number of implants used to anchor/type of implants/if you need multiple grafts/etc. 8 seems low but 30 doesn't sound too far off for some cases.
