As an indie author, how have you sourced freelancers? Did you seek out those that have specific expertise or did you work with editors from your time as a traditionally published author?

I'm starting an editing business and I feel you so hard on the mess. I've been working on my website for two months (off and on) and it's a struggle. My programmer husband could probably do it in a few hours but it feels so personal that I want to do it myself.
