I got one of these a couple years ago

For the first year I'd go out every day, every other day and pull crab crass (it pulls up great with this) for about an hour.

The next year it was only 20 or 30 minutes.

This year I've barely had to do it at all, just a few spots here and there.

The only problem is that it can leave some big empty patches in your yard you have to seed.

edit there's a technique to using it, but once you get it down it's basically zero effort and quite relaxing. I've filled entire trashcans with nothing but weeds and crabgrass without barely breaking a sweat. It works best on plants with a nice central root system it can grab onto and torque up out of the ground, dandelions also come up pretty nicely. Some weeds, mostly crawlers with lots of shallow roots don't come up so well with it.

Here's a video on it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YwCp-hwWK7g

and one more review this one showing good technique https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XHRFDQnp5v0

Enjoy your channels (both EYK and TTMIK) and both crews, how do you guys stay motivated and creative?

That's awesome!

Hyunwoo: I've just started to really sit down and learn Korean (I'm focusing on common vocab first using Anki), but the TTMIK material is on the top of my list to move to next. I really enjoy your guys's videos, it's always great fun to watch genuinely likable people trying to help others out. I'll be in Korea next year and I'm definitely going to come check out the coffee shop and learning spaces. Can you describe a bit more about how TTMIK was formed and how you guys all found each other and decided to do what you do?

EYK: Honestly, I'm amazed at how much variety you guys produce. I've been watching your videos since you guys were both English teachers trying to figure out the appliances in your apartment (and the Arirang makgeolli video!). After years of seeing videos and blog posts from so many disgruntled English teachers in Korea who hadn't bothered to really try and enjoy the country, your videos were a real breath of fresh air. Trying to celebrate the country you had chosen to spend your time in rather than nitpick at every little thing that was different. I've been to Korea a half-dozen times and the good experiences have always far outweighed any problems I've ever encountered and I think you guys really capture that feeling. Keep it up!
