I love that you don't sell user data... but how do you make profit?

I really like the direction of you as a company. What's been keeping me from leaving Google is that the moment I go "specific" to my profession / hobbies, Google just outclasses any opposition by far. The most practical compromise I've had so far was using DuckDuckGo with their !bangs or Startpage to get Google results when needed.

Have you got any data or feeling on how "well" you compare to Google? Especially when the search gets more domain specific
