As a Canadian, I am on the fence/maybe leaning towards support of the pipeline in terms of our economy, Canada/US relations... and all that theoretically good stuff.

My hesitations comes from the increase in spills and damage to lakes and ecosystems.

I would prefer a feasible alternative over an outright rejection of the pipeline.

So teach me, what safe and feasible alternative would you prefer?
