Have you noticed how DC is set up to be able to accomodate hundreds of thousands of protestors without interfering with day-to-day operations much and all that matters is your media presence, not the number of protestors that are there? I was there once in a protest with half a million or more people, and we were pretty much ignored. To the degree that they didn't ignore us, they reported us being only 20k people, because that is all that the police would allow in front of the supreme court at once. And they gave a bunch of attention to the people who were there in favor of what we were protesting, and they only had about 20 or 30 verbally abusive supporters there.
