Hey there! I know i am extremely late to the party but I wanted to ask you something, another redditor posted the following issue he had : http://www.reddit.com/r/legaladvice/comments/2r26dp/tn_help_police_allowed_bail_bondsman_to_search_my/
It appears that a bondsman entered his house because the ex wife had the address on her ID and thats the address she gave. in your opinion, and I know it may be bias, did the Bondsman really had a right to get in and search? It presses a lot of potential issues in my opinion, because this means someone can have an old address in their ID and someone else could be living there.. then what?!
