My question: what's your take on the emerging body of research that shows significant variability in individual responses to metabolizing simple and complex carbohydrates? This paper by researchers at the Weizmann institute is completely fascinating. Do you think we'll see a "precision medicine" approach to dietary recommendations in the future?

What makes you think that your wife feels more cared for and respected than you do? Your description sure doesn't sound like you think she is "worth your time or consideration," either.
