I'm the executive director of Americans for Forfeiture Reform (www.forfeiturereform.com). The draft version of the CFAA contains some terrible, and little understood, civil forfeiture provisions. I was wondering if there was someone at Demand Progress who was interested in this aspect of the legislation.
