It just seems crazy that he was an otherwise healthy person, but the flu affected him so much. My SO contracted swine flu in 2016 when she was in the middle of receiving chemo for Hodgkin's. She had no complications, receiving only fluids and tylenol and only stayed at the hospital about 2 days.
