Chef Puck. Will you ever consider an increase in wages for your cooks? I used to work at one of your restaurants, but had no choice to quit because it was getting too hard to live on my own. I had so much pride and was really passionate back then, but I traded that all in for a job that I really did not care so much for. It pays the bills but it's not what I want to do in life.

I understood from the very beginning that cooks don't make a lot of money when they start off. If I was looking to make a lot of money, I would've gone with an engineering major instead of choosing culinary as my career choice. I worked as a line cook for one of your more well known fine dining restaurants and had an awesome opportunity to work with you on some occasions. I just sometimes wish I can have all that back. My concerns where more focused on the wages of your line cooks. I was not the only one that had to leave to make more money elsewhere. I was at one point working at two restaurants, working 16 hours a day but was making less than 3k a month.
