How much time do you spend in each country? Do you try to visit all the major cities?

Would you be open to doing something like this again in other cities or was this just a one off?

Big fan from Michigan. I've been looking for an American release date but have yet to find any information. Is there a chance the film will be released over here, theatrically or on DVD? Cheers.
