Is it common place in Australia to have commercials that are a minute long?

What is the process that takes place when a flavor is retired and sent to the graveyard? Is there a small committee that takes a vote, a burial service, or anything of the such?

Could you just do a basic voice mail message? Maybe 20 seconds of "Sorry I am unavailable, but I will return your call asap". If you could keep it general enough, everybody could use it. I always thought it would be cool to have a fun voice mail message with all kind of effects.

Edit: Also, why the free jingles today? If you have a charity in mind, it would be worth throwing that up there as well. I would gladly throw in $5 on your behalf.

Interesting. States are almost always 30 seconds. Occasionally we get the 1 minute ad; however, overall, it is fairly rare.
