Just play dude. Do passing exercises with someone and make it as difficult as possible for each other. Fizz the ball at each other over and over, you'll learn to control the ball much better. I believe vision is something that only develops through playing actual games. The more you play, the better you understand the game and know the players you play with. Most players have great vision because they know a team mate is already there before they even see them.
