Politics is often a game of incremental changes over long periods of time

Slow clap. Seriously if people realize this, you will find that things will actually move forward. OP wants to join congress and just abolish things right and left. Grand plans with no substance.

developing a tech start-up to promote healthy eating.

Wow that's impressive.

I've been in medical school until I took a temporary leave so I could run for Congress.

Why not complete something worthwhile before running for congress.

You seem like you have way too excited about things you have no idea how to go about.

So you are Salman (legal name) who does with Solomon. Identifies as
[Pakistani](www.reddit.com/r/IAmA/comments/h893fy/i_am_solomon_rajput_a_27yearold_progressive/fuq9q1e/?context=3) wants to represent American in U.S. House of Representatives without any experience against longest dynasty in American Political history.

Is critical of his opponent.

"My opponent is Congresswoman Debbie Dingell. She is a centrist who has taken almost 2 million dollars from corporate PACs. She doesn't support the Green New Deal or making college free. Her family has held this seat for 85 years straight. It is the longest dynasty in American Political history."

But his own experience is in his own words:

"I was an RA in college, then I worked for a furniture company for six months after I graduated. After that, I spent two years developing a tech start-up to promote healthy eating. I also started a grassroots organization of callers that prevents bad bills (like one that would have allowed guns in schools) from passing in Michigan. Since then, I've been in medical school until I took a temporary leave so I could run for Congress."

Whose planning involves:

"We will figure it out"

" however we need to remember that we are the richest country in the world"

Nothing of substance on his site.

Is more interested in answering bait questions and about tiktok.

And you wanna be taken seriously?

And who the fuck glided this post?

He just seem happy to point out all that is wrong and how he alone is gonna fix stuff. No plans. We will figure it out approach. Hasn't done anything no experience but yeah we will get it right. And yes abolish everything that is seemingly wrong in public eye in past few yrs.

Being dismissive of political opponent who was elected over 50 yrs while not having any experience whatsoever screams both ignorance and arrogance.

So first, I 100% support abolishing all for-profit prisons.

You seems to be in favor of abolishing a lot of things that are wrong without any plans to make it right. Yes we have tons of things that are wrong but your approach to just cut it isn't correct.

You will do more damage by completely getting rid of stuff without making it right.
