He directly quoted Mueller. If the report comes out and contradicts this, you can call it a false narrative. But for now, there is no reason to assume that the Mueller report directly accused the President of collusion

Was it tough disclosing your prison time to people you met after your release? like when dating/job searching/etc?

I think part of it is the context in which it's used. If you are using it as an argument that simply being black makes someone automatically violent, that would be racist. If you talk about the correlation between poverty and violence, or the correlation of minorities living in highly densely populated areas that are more prone to altercations, I think you could present the facts in a non-racist way. I guess it depends on whether you think there is a solution or not, but I'll agree, it's a tough set of data to bring up.
