How much more effective, per dollar, are these AMAs over say paying for web banners as advertising?

I once was in ahmedabad on buiness visiting a factory. I had three observations about the locals ( not just jains but most gugaratis) love of animals.

Did the FDA say anything, did they say they won't answer you? Did they say the answer will take some time? It seems the most likely scenario is that the drug is coming from the remains of euthanized animals; And that this is both illegal but allowed by the FDA??
