Only one question. How did you manage your time?

Do people with very weak abdominal muscles, who sit slouched over a desk has more stress/ anxiety in general? If they strengthen their core muscles do the stress decrease?

I have lead and still lead a sedentary lifestyle for more than a decade. By that I mean desk job and little to no exercise. As a side effect my core strength is literally non existent. I arch my back as a cannot sit straight even for a minute.

Whenever I need to do something immediately, I feel a general feeling of anxiety and that feeling concentrates on my belly. I feel the urge to poop. I notice that I have sucked in my belly during this time. If I try to relax by belly breathing, this feeling gets reduced much. BTW, I may not have poop at all. I don't have IBS.

Is my posture and lack of adequately strong core muscles a result of this kind of anxiety?

Another thing is that as a result of all this I tend to put away tasks and procrastinate a lot. I feel a little bit anxious from the fear of failure. But that is minor.

I want to know whether there is a link between a weak body and anxietu of this kind. BTW, it is not that I am ashamed in social circles about my body or anything.
