As a ERAC employee of five years I believe you have two options. Stay in the rental branch and get use to the 50 hour weeks but get promoted quickly or go Admin/Corporate as I did and enjoy shorter work weeks but slower promotions.

I was reluctant at first to work at Enterprise but it has been great so far. I met my wife here and now plan on staying till retirement
