I had blood work done a few weeks ago, and the results came back that I had a moderate deficiency of vitamin D (insert dick joke here). After about a week of taking supplements, I can say with reasonable confidence that my semi sleepless nights are over.

I used to wake up anywhere between 3 to 5 hours before my alarms, and couldn't for the life of me get back to snoozing. If I did, I'd spend the next day in a haze as if I'd had none.

Once I got that D in me, though, it's lights out all night.

Take my anecdote with a grain of salt .. and maybe a lil d on the side.

Damien,

  1. Do you see yourself living in Zimbabwe permanently? Or will there be another mission in the future?

  2. I've read that a rangers life is usually fraught with danger (shootouts in the bush, retaliation, etc.) -- do these women face the same risks as their male counterparts in other countries?

  3. What's your favorite thing to eat over there?

Nyaradzo,

  1. Is your daughter aware of what you do and the dangers you face? Would you consider this lifestyle for her in the future?

  2. Had you ever fired a weapon before joining the rangers? How good is your aim now?

  3. What is Tariro's favorite food to eat?

Edit:

One last question for both of you -- What's the most beautiful part of Zimbabwe to you personally?

Hey Richard!

I've practically grown up with the Before trilogy, so I wanted to say thanks for helping shape my perspective on intimacy and relationships.

1) The conversations between Julie and Ethan are incredibly complex and nuanced. How many takes on average did it take before you got it just right?

2) If you had the chance to remake any film from history, which would it be and why?
