What can we do here in Utah? We have are the second driest state in the nation and our water usage here is absurd. From what I understand or aquifers are being drained to supply Nevada and southern California.

Do you feel like the public can feel safe ever talking to the police about an incident? It seems like the good cops with reasoning skills are gone and they simply look at the public as "the enemy"

I think what you are trying to do is a very noble cause. I have 3 questions for you:

1. How do you propose to create a system that isn't utterly abused like our current welfare program?
2. What, if any, requirements will you have for people who use your system?
3. I have always felt that the human brain does not respect anything that it didn't earn, do you agree or disagree and Why?
