What was your application process like?

Hello Guy Pearce,

I look forward to watching 'The Rover', and have been a fan of your work for a while.

Years ago, I was in the market for eyeglasses but I delayed because of my feeling a stigma against wearing glasses [I'm squeamish on contacts]. In a reversal of what happens to your character in 'LA Confidential', your performance in the film inspired me to 'get over it' and get the eyeglasses and I haven't regretted it since. An odd bit of influence, but thank you nonetheless :)
