As an MS1, I want to ask you this: what do you think the future of medicine looks like/what will be the biggest changes? I guess in terms of how physicians are trained (cost/length of training etc) and which specialties will see the biggest changes in the United States. Edit: Thanks for doing this! Also just putting it out there, I have a BM in piano performance and it's cool to know there are others in medicine passionate about music. Hmu if you wanna give some music to someone for a future jam.

What would be your advice for a prospective Undersea Medical Officer? How likely would it be to do that? I know you gotta first finish the PGY1 and get a medical license, and then sub school in addition to doing undersea medicine material, but is the need great enough to be a solid plan or would the Navy have other plans?] Edit: I guess more specifically, if I were train to be a UMO without debts to the Navy, is there a minimum number of tours that are required/expected after going through the training?
