What about lodging? Did you stay in motels or did you camp out?

Was this mostly for the wilderness hiking experience, or did you stop by any major civilization on the way for the purpose of tourism?

Came here to say that I'm a big fan of Total Annihilation! You single-handedly got me into the RTS genre with this game, when I was just a boy. Supreme Commander made me very nostalgic because of this.
