How do you know that person doesn't have any legal background or experience. I'm an attorney and I think it's a dumb strategy too. Law and Order style "gotcha" moments rarely actually happen in trials and it's not like the BCA transcript was unavailable to Yanez and his defense team so pulling it out as a surprise wouldn't have really surprised anyone. Plus, given the ridiculousness of some of his statements, it's entirely possible that Yanez would have impeached himself even without the element of surprise they were going for.

I too want proof of this social media throttling and mainstream media blackout. Have you considered that you’re not getting much mainstream press or social media buzz because your ideas don’t resonate with potential voters?

I notice in some of your other answers that you don't seem to take much stock in rehabilitation of prisoners. Given the huge percentage of our population that goes to prison at some point in their life, it seems as though there needs to be a way for prisoners to build a life that doesn't require reverting back to crime. What changes would you suggest? What programs would you want to see in place? What jobs should former inmates pursue?
