There are gas chromatography devices that can "smell" cancer. Many types of cancer affect our body's metabolic processes which will change the composition of our expired air. This can be used for diagnostics.

They aren't positive considering you still have cancer. But positive means there is an identified substrate that is causing the uncontrolled cell growth. This means drugs can target these substrates to stop cancer growth. The worst case scenario is the triple negative type where there is no known target for treatment. This has the highest mortality rate.

ER-positive tumors is the most ideal case where drugs are able to reduce mortality rates by 75%. HER2+ trails at 50%. Triple Negative has none of these drug options. http://imgur.com/u9pxZct

As a result, the "positive" types of cancers have a 93% survival rate while the triple negative is at a 77% survival rate. http://www.breastcancer.org/symptoms/diagnosis/trip_neg/behavior

Seems like you would just orbit with the ISS until the end of time or some space debris hit you. What would cause you to re-enter the atmosphere? If you were aboard the ISS, you would be going at orbit speed. If there's nothing to slow you down, you would continue to orbit.
