Make sure that your levels are actually high enough for your age. The scale might say 11-30 is normal, and you test is barely a tick over 11, then they'll say technically... everything is fine. In reality, 11 is probably grandpa test but it falls within the range. My endo made sure my test was up to 20-25 levels, while 30 would be really high. I think OP is working on the same scale.
