What's the process to transition? Most mental health treatment is an automatic medically disqualifying condition, especially if it's still ongoing.

Which I feel that even if you're successful in getting the ban overturned, you're still going to effectively ban anyone from enlisting.

Now transitioning while in service is a separate issue, and should probably be cause for medical/admin discharge in most situations.

I'm not 100% against the idea of transitioned service members, but I just don't particularly see it as a completely viable thing. I had stricter standards to get eye surgery than you did for something far more severe.

What type? An ex has cat4, vascular. It was pretty brutal.
