I worked for a telecom based ISP for a number of years, and we had a company that would vet subpoenas for us, to make sure we actually had to respond. Do you take any additional steps to validate that you are indeed required to submit information before handing it over? I'd get requests from the local police department frequently, but I couldn't provide the information unless we had a validated subpoena.

Hi Scott! I've been wanting to try craft distilling myself for a while now. Do you have any tips for someone wanting to distill at home? I've also been curious about other woods as opposed to white oak for maturing. Do other nut bearing trees work well? (Pecan, Walnut, etc)
