His explanation doesn't make sense. Look racist jokes are fine and funny but stop trying to deny its racist. Its a plainly racist joke about how ugly Afghan women are and its telling that people feel so passionate about trying to play it off as not racist. It is racist. Does that matter?

The comic clearly suggests an Afghan woman rated as 7 is comparable to an American man in looks. Don't try to sugar coat it.
