I've been anticipating this AMA for a few days now but I can't think of anything really to ask. But I guess I wanted to give you a thank-you in more than 140 characters. I've struggled with depression for years and I have very minimal support from friends and family. Most of them don't take it seriously and tell me to just get over it. I don't need them to understand what I'm going through, but to accept it's happening and try to help me through it. That seems too much to ask from them, though. I'm a part of the Sick Not Weak family and even though I haven't opened up and interacted with anyone in this family online, I feel less alone. So... thanks for being the Sick Not Weak papa!
