I have Sprint unlimited too but I used to only get 4G in about half of the places I frequent. Anything else was unbearably slow, I was ready to drop them for ATT. But they must have upgraded their network around me and I get 4G everywhere I go around town now. I agree Sprint is pretty good now and I use the shit out of mine too(would rather browse on my phone than on my laptop in most cases).

I've actually got an issue, but don't want to bother calling ATT because I'm sure they'll give me the run around. Have you ever heard of the U-verse modem cutting out the wireless in the home? It started about 2 months ago(I've had this modem about 2 years). The connection would be fine, but then about every 5 minutes the speed would drop so low that it was almost like it wasn't connected. Then it would come back up to normal about 90 seconds later. It's not the end of the world as I've wired my important stuff(Xbox, laptops), I'm just curious if you think I should take it up with ATT, do something myself, or just not worry about it. Thanks again!

That is all pretty unfair! But they are kind of understandable at the same time. You work alone with little to no supervision. So the company needs to keep things in line to make sure you are doing your job and not jerking off on the customers cat while in their homes. The company is just covering their ass. And if you do your job right, you'll cover yours, in most cases. Thanks for the AMA!

Awesome AMA! Reading some of the posts and your replies really help me understand what exactly is going on. (I don't tend to watch a lot of TV/News so all I hear is hearsay). My question may or may not be something you know, or are allowed to answer, but do you think that any "surveillance" was solely to counter terrorism? In other words, the government is not listening on every single person to see what their every move is? Just listening to those that may have information on terrorist acts?
