From your pics, looks like you had an awesome childhood regardless of contact with technology. A few questions for you if you don't mind:

  • How old were you when you moved to the suburbs?
  • What was the thing that amazed you the most when you moved to the suburbs?
  • Did you have friends your age growing up in the mountains? Was it hard to make friends at the new place?
  • Any plans for school or future careers?

By the way, you will be my first pick when the zombie apocalypse hits the world lol

Chinese-Mexican-American here.

There are several kinds/brands of soy sauce but the most common types are:

1) Dark soy sauce: used mostly to cook dishes with and what not (like Kung Pao). The flavor is a lot stronger (hence, dark)

2) Light soy sauce: The flavor is lighter (hence, light) used mostly as a "dipping" sauce and straight from the bottle.

Hope this helps :)

EDIT: spacing

As a matter of fact, we did. We ate mostly Chinese at home since both my parents are Chinese. We ate Mexican and American from time to time if we go out with my siblings since my parents don't like it.
