How do you remember for sure that you have a memory damage?

I also had aphantasia and I can answer this question. No, I cannot picture words and No, I cannot have a picture of a chessboard in my head. BUT, I can "visualize" a chessboard without any picture. I still can think about a chess board and imagine what will my opponent do and think about the next three moves, while imagining the state of the board in the end. Of course, I can't do it to the extent of Magnus or else I am a grandmaster. Probably, I will be better at chess if I don't have any aphantasia.

Basically, I still can "visualize" thing, meaning mapping a picture in my head, but not seeing a literal picture like in a movie.

Can we get a built-in linear interpolation formula for datasets? Interpolation formula that works like the FORECAST will be very useful.
