Secondly, How did the rest of the people on the plane react? I can imagine a lot of people completely breaking down, what was the worst that you saw?

Was there a consensus amongst any of the passengers to do something about it?

Thanks for info on the basic general mechanics. It's such a simple idea when you explain it like that. How long did it take you to get the values just right? I would guess that some incredibly weird issues came up when those values were tweaked the wrong way too.
